For decades, I have worked and experienced life transitions in 4 different countries. I have performed roles in the Education, Financial Services, Hospitality, and Professional Services industries, including 20 years within corporate Human Resources. I am committed to facilitating you to think, feel and be better, full stop! In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive, energetic and judgement-free space where you can explore what truly matters to you and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
